IT27 Italy, North East Marchia Anconitana cum Spoletano Ducatu. From Ravenna to Alba and including Perugia. Decorative cartouche and scale of miles. Early colouring. Latin text verso. Some darkening along the central fold and a trifle scruffy outside the printed area. In a few spots the verdigris green has caused the paper to decay which has led to very small areas of paper loss. IT24 Neapolitanum Regnum A detailed uncoloured eng. map of southern Italy, orientated with North to the left. Set on a large 8o leaf with Italian text below and on verso. There are three Latin words in faded old ink on the bottom of the frame to the map that do not detract from the image. A good impression on clean and crisp watermarked paper.
